Amazing Gospel Tract Project

In 8 weeks and 4 days we will be back on the ground in Guatemala. Can you believe it? Thank you so much for your support, your words of encouragement, and your heartfelt prayer for God’s work to flourish as He directs our steps.
AmazingGospel
We want to continue a project that started with our church's short-term teamWhen the CLCC team went to Guatemala in January, team captain Steve Wayman arranged for us to transport 200 of the Spanish version Amazing Gospel comic books available from Gospel Tract Society. We knew the kids would love them, but we never dreamed how God would use this tool to effectively share the gospel with adults, too.

These high quality booklets were distributed in three villages where we ministered and to every child we encountered in the waiting room of Hospital Shalom. The small supply we were able to leave with the hospital was quickly distributed into eager hands.

When a medical team returned to the village where we dropped off school supplies, the townsfolk met them with lots of questions about the story of Jesus they had read about in the comic books. It was the first time the villagers had shown so much interest and openness to the gospel! God is opening up opportunity for discipleship in this village, so we ask you to please pray for the people of Limon.

To continue this Amazing Gospel tract project, we want to take as many of these ministry tools back with us as we can fit in our luggage. We can check an extra bag each for only $40/per bag. If you would like to help supply these comic books for ministry in Guatemala (just $1/each), or help with the transport costs ($40 per 50# suitcase), click here to contact us.

Thank you for faithfully joining us on the journey to see God bring hope to the people of the Petén.

Simply serving,
Rod & De

This young boy came looking for De just to thank her for the Amazing Gospel she gave him earlier in the day.

“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”   -- Isaiah 55:11 (NKJV)
