Most of you reading know by now that God is leading us to Guatemala to serve with New Covenant World Missions at Hospital Shalom in the northern region of the country.
We are on target to be back in Guatemala by mid-August, 2012, and is it okay to say... we can hardly wait!
Our hearts are drawn toward the remote villages, and to one specific village -- or villages like the one that burns in our hearts. There are so many unknowns at this point like all the specific details of who, what, when, where -- but we just rest in knowing that God directs and lead us in all that we do each day.
That means that even as we prepare to leave here to go there on some distant date, we know God is orchestrating our daily steps and giving us opportunities to share his love TODAY. Open our eyes, Lord, to see. Open our ears to hear your voice.
As we go, it is with eagerness to embrace His heart for the people and for the work that awaits in Guatemala. Thank you so much for your continued faithfulness in prayer and support.
